Sovereignty is essential, this is because the sovereignty of the people itself is not born or does not originate from other powers or sovereignty.
Sovereignty is permanent, this is because the sovereignty of the people or the highest power belongs to the people and will always exist as long as the state stands.
Sovereignty is not limited, because the sovereignty of the people cannot be limited by other powers.
Sovereignty is unique or unanimous, this is because the highest power is in the hands of the people and is the only supreme power of a country.

There are two forms of sovereignty, including the following:

  1. Internal sovereignty: This form of sovereignty is that a country or government has the right to regulate all forms of public interest through various countries formed by that country.
  2. External Sovereignty: A form of external sovereignty is a government that has free and bound.
